Our mission is to be an adjunct to the Lake Fork Health Services District, Silver Thread Public Health District and Hinsdale County EMS in order to help provide excellent medical resources in Lake City and the surrounding area where there are no hospitals or alternate medical care for fifty miles in any direction.
