To support recruitment, retention, and advancement of women in the professional field of cybersecurity; help increase the number of women security professionals and strengthen the cybersecurity workforce; and bring together women in cybersecurity from academia, research, and industry for sharing of knowledge, experience, networking, and mentoring.
