St. Joseph's Center Foundation was founded by certain officers of the Congregation of Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Scranton, PA. It was formed to solicit, collect, hold, or distribute property, real or otherwise, for the benefit of St. Joseph's Center, a non-profit institution, also founded by the Congregation.
