IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE PURPOSES, THE CORPORATION SHALL CONDUCT ANY AND ALL LAWFUL ACTIVITIES WHICH MAY BE USEFULL IN ACCOMPLISHING THE FOREGOING PURPOSES.
