ROSE stands for Reach Out Serve EmpowerWe are a group of highly motivated, caring, TPC Twin Cities women members who share a commitment to make a difference in our community. We organize and host public fundraisers to benefit local charities. We also serve as volunteers for other charitable events hosted by TPC Twin Cities.
