This testamentary religious and charitable trust was required to distribute its net investment income each year to a Catholic Church in Paducah, KY and to 10 other Catholic related tax exempt charitable organizations for 25 years and thereafter to distribute all ot its remaining assets to the same Catholic Church and the same Catholic Charities.
