Formed to provide benefits for the dependent, widows, and children of firemen and law enforcement officers of the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, MSU Police Department, and the District Attorney's Office Investigators who have lost their lives in the line of duty, and to provide life-protecting equipment that cannot be obtained through regular channels for lack of funds in the budget.
