The Organization (NESI) is dedicated to educating, instructing and training individuals to develop and improve their capabilities in the sport of swimming. NESI promotes swimming for the benefit of athletes of all ages and abilities in accordance with the standards, rules, regulations and policies of United States Swimming, Inc.
