The Fund is organized and shall be operated exclusively for the benefit of the Rhode Island Community Food Bank, St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, and the American Red Cross Rhode Island Chapter in Providence, Rhode Island, all of which are organizations exempt under Section 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) or 509(a)(2) of the Code (the Supported Organizations).
