The exempt purpose of the Aerie is to provide a domestic fraternal society under which it devotes it's Net Earnings exclusively to Religious, Charitable, Scientific, Literary and Educational purposes. It also operates for the exclusive benefit of the Members of the Fraternity under the Lodge System. This income supports and maintains the General, Benefit and Social funds.
