Invest the funds of the Foundation for the primary purpose of providing income to the Gulf Beaches Church by the Sea to help provide support for the operations of the Church. All ordinary investment income, less 10%, which is reinvested for growth, is distributed to the Gulf Beaches Church by the Sea.
