Bryant Park Management Corporation is a business improvement district (BID), composed of the properties on the blocks surrounding Bryant Park, that was formed to support the efforts of Bryant Park Corporation to maintain and improve the Park through assessments, levied and collected by The City of New York, on BID properties.
