The Corporation is organized, and at all times hereafter operated, exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the exempt purposes of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America ("BBBSA"), a congressionally chartered organization, and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code, within the meaning of section 509(a)(3)(A) of the Code.
