The object of Local 460 shall be to provide ways and means for the advancement of the best interests of the trade and for mutual protection and benefits, to organize all work coming within the jurisdiction of local 460, to secure improved wages, hours, working conditions and other economic advances through organization, negotiations and collective bargaining.
