To serve the Texas-Oklahoma District of Kiwanis International by using donations and investment income to aid in the growth and administration of Kiwanis-sponsored youth organizations and Kiwanis-sponsored youth services and to conduct other charitable activities for the benefit of persons in Texas and Oklahoma.
