Devotion To Children, Inc. (DTC), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Virginia. DTC's mission is to enhance the opportunities for infants, toddlers, and pre-school children of economically challenged families, by providing financial assistance to sustain quality childcare and access to otherwise unavailable educational programs.
