Legacy Health Foundation (LHF) was incorporated on August 21, 2013. The mission of the foundation is to foster charitable giving as well as community commitment and involvement to support the founding principles, mission and vision of Legacy Health and promote the health and well-being of the community. Legacy Health is the sole corporate member of LHF.
