Father Flanagan's Fund For Needy Children has the power to receive, hold and invest property for the exclusive benefit of Father Flanagan's Boys' Home (Boys Town), an exempt 501(c)(3) organization. It may carry out this purpose by distributing assets directly to Boys Town or by applying its assets directly to the purposes of Boys Town.
