The Foundation is organized and operated exclusively (1) for charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), and (2) funding the needs of Oregon veterans and their families through education initiatives, health care, and rehabilitation.
